All our products are manufactured in Canada by Atec Marketing Limited or in the USA by Heartbeat Enterprises, Inc.

OUR GUARANTEE

All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear and/or abuse are not warranted and are the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to repair or replace the returned goods at the manufacturer's expense.

RETURN POLICY

No returns on custom ropes, printed materials or DVDs except in the case of defects in materials and/or workmanship.  Returns on unused stock ropes within two weeks of order date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In the United States, Heartbeat Enterprises was incorporated in 1983 to provide high quality jump ropes and innovative teaching techniques to physical educators and rope jumping enthusiasts. In Canada, Atec Marketing Limited was incorporated in 1983 to manufacture and distribute a full range of rope skipping products for schools, clubs, and individuals. All of our resource materials (books, charts, DVDs) are written/produced by educators and rope skipping experts. Atec distributes rope skipping products in Canada, Europe and Asia to schools, clubs, and organizations.
