About the Author Liz Way has trained physical activity professionals across Canada, the USA, Europe and Hong Kong over the past 16 years in the use of jump rope for fitness and physical education. She has also developed and presented adult health promotion programs at a large Canadian university. As a personal trainer, Liz has worked with clients of every background and fitness level but who all share one thing in common - a busy life with time pressures. This inspired her to write this book. With two very active under 5 children, and a busy work life Liz knows firsthand the challenges of fitting it all in! |
