🍔 Kidney Bean Patties (plant-based)
That’s what you’ll need.

Put drained kidney beans to a food processor and puree.

Transfer bean puree to a large bowl together with oats, onions, mustard, turmeric, smoked red pepper, parsley and miso.

Scrunch the bean mixture together with clean hands.

Divide into 8-12 balls, flatten into patties and fry them in a bit of olive oil for 2 minutes each side.

Place roasted patties on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F

Use it just like that in a burger 🍔 ...

...or with potato & leaf salad. Optional: spice it up with some home made ketchup. Enjoy😋
