Mix canola oil, Balsamico vinegar, date paste, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic in a bowl.

Toss trimmed Brussel sprouts halves in sauce.

Spread them on a prepared baking sheet.

Bake veggies at 410°F/210°C for around 30 minutes until they are slightly charred and tender.
