2 Eggplants
Shredded Mozarella
Marina Sauce ( Left From Shell Stuffed Ricotta)
Cooked Ground Beef (Left From Kibbeh)
Cut the eggplants in round shape.

Pour some marinara sauce at the bottom and line up the eggplants

Add beef and marinara sauce

Add shredded mozarella on top & off to oven. Bake for 30 mins or until eggplants are cooked well.

Smell good. Off to taste it.
