Ab Workout: Butterfly Crunches + Warm Up
Warm up the spine with seated twists

Open hips with butterfly pose. Bring soles of feet together and let knees come down. Blocks optional

Warm up the shoulders. Bring arms overheard and grab opposite elbows.

Start with butterfly crunches. Hold a block in between feet while lifting up and down.

Alternating side butterfly crunches

Alternate extended legs and butterfly crunches.
