Let’s warm up! Hold navasana (boat pose) for 30 seconds

Do navasana while holding a yoga block or weights (30 secs)

Do Russian twists for 30 secs up to one minute
3
Add weights for more intensity (30 secs up to 1 minute)
4
Russian twists + lift legs (30 secs up to 1 minute)
5
Russian twists + lift legs + weights (use a yoga block or dumbbell)
6
Do V- ups for 30 secs up to one minute. Repeat other side. For more intensity, straighten legs.
