Accessible Flow to activate your body!
For this sequence, you will need your blocks!
Start in your hands and knees and enjoy a couple of rounds of cat and cow
If holding weight in your hands doesn't feel good, you can bring your forearms on top of a bolster to enjoy cat and cow
Go wide with the knees and find your child’s pose with: arms long in front of you, forearms down with the head up, or resting the forehead on a block
Then find your Downward Facing Dog! To release the pressure from the wrists, try using blocks under the hands
Come to the top of your mat and find your forward fold and half lift, press the hands into the blocks and lengthen the spine
Then continue with your Warrior 2, find and enjoy your power!!
Repeat the whole sequence! This time with the second side
