Add: bay leaf,cinnamon,star anise,cumin,coriander, peppercorn,green & black cardamom,kalongi, saunf,Kashmiri chillies, salt,red chilli powder.sauté

Add in chicken and some water. Sauté on medium flame

Add in 2.5 tbsp gg paste & some water. Sauté

Add 2 chopped tomatoes & aaloo bukara. Mix

Add 1.5 cups water. Cover & cook 15 mins till meat is tender

Uncover. Add diced potatoes & peas.

Add 3.5-4 cups water. Bring to boil

Add in 3 cups soaked, drained sela rice. Cover & cook on low-med flame for 10 mins

Aside:prep 7-10 green chillies with achaari masala:2 tbsp Shan achar masala with some lemon. Mix.Make slits in chillies.Fill masala into chillies

- Uncover pot after 10 mins. Press down green chillies. - Add some achaar & kewra water. - Cover and leave on dum for 15-20 mins
