Stuff half into 4-5 green chilies with a little lemon juice

Sauté 1 sprig curry leaves, a tsp each garlic and ginger in a pan

Add 1 lb chicken

Purée 4 tomatoes and add with 2 tbsp yogurt

Simmer till chicken is tender and oil rises to the top - approx 20 minutes

Dry to desired consistency and add 1 tbsp tomato paste and your green chilies, simmer on lowest heat for 5 minutes
