Marinate 1.25lb chicken pieces in 2.5 tbsp achar masala, 1/2 cup yogurt, 3 tbsp lemon and a tsp each ginger and garlic paste

When it’s time to roast prep your veggies and preheat your oven to 350F

Light grease a casserole dish and spread onions on the bottom

Layer on tomato sauce/purée

Add the chicken, the broccoli then the green chilies and bake covered for 20 minutes

Pull it out at the 20 minute mark....

Flip the chicken pieces and add a splash of water if needed

Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and enjoy!
