Remove cabinet doors and give them a thorough clean.

Sand the cabinet fronts with a sanding block or palm sander.

Cut two 2” strips of plywood to fit the length of the doors. Then cut strips to fit the width.

Using wood glue, attach your pieces of trim snugly to the door using clamps.
