Afternoon Sunday Pizza
2 tbsp of olive oil plus 2 additional tsp

1 tsp of sugar

2 tsp of salt

1 packet of yeast

1 1/2 cups of water at 110F

4 cups of flour

Mix dry ingredients

Add first 2 tbsp of olive oil

Add final 2 tsp of olive oil to a bigger bowl

Knead, make a ball and put dough in bowl

Warm your oven for 1 or 2 mins. Turn off and put bowl covered with pastic

Set up a timer for 1 hr

It will double in size

Knead gently again and cut in half
Choose your toppings :)
Press your fingers against dough and brush some olive oil
Brush tomato sauce (I add smoked paprika for an added kick)
Add your meats :)
Add your veggies!
Last but but least, tons of cheese...
I left a little bit of these two for topping while eating...
Preheat at 420F, throw the “thing” inside and wait until edges are golden (~20 min) ⏳
Done! And remember, cleaning your kitchen while cooking will make things taste better :)
