Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp & Oyster Po Boys
What you'll need
1/2 cup
Mayo
2 tbsp
Hot Sriracha Sauce
1/4 cup
Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tbsp
Rice Vinegar
Shrimp
Oysters
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/4 cup
Flour
2-3 tsp
Old Bag Seasoning
Avocado Oil Spray
Cole Slaw Mix
Hoagie Rolls Or Hot Dog Buns
Bang bang sauce! Add mayo, Siracha, sweet chili sauce and rice vinegar to bowl. Whisk to combine & chill in fridge.

Let’s get your dredging station ready. Add 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup cornstarch to shallow pan. Shake some old bay & whisk together for your breading.

Whisk two eggs together in a bowl. Set next to flour. Add a plate at end of assembly line. Dunk in egg wash, roll in flour and then set down.

Spray bottom of air fryer with avocado oil. Add your breaded shrimp and oysters to air fryer. Spray seafood with avocado oil.

Cook on 400 degrees in air fryer for 4 minutes. Flip over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until seafood coating is crispy.

Remove air fried seafood to a bowl. Butter your bun and add to air fryer for one minute.

Add a tbsp bang bang sauce to your air fried seafood. Toss together.

Let’s do it! Toasted bun bun, add your seafood, add the sauce & top with scallions.
