Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
1 cup
White Mushrooms
3/4 cup
Breakfast Meat- Ham, Sausage, Or Bacon
3/4 cup
Shredded Cheese
2 tablespoons
Olive Oil
Salt And Pepper
Wash, peel, and chop potatoes into quarters.
Put potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour potatoes into air fryer basket. Set air fryer to cook potatoes at 330F for 20 minutes.
Prep breakfast meat by dicing into bite sized pieces. Wash and slice mushrooms.
Toss the mushrooms, ham, and sausage in a bowl with a little olive oil. Now it’s ready to add to the potatoes.
After the potatoes have cooked for 20 minutes, add in the mushrooms and breakfast meats. Put in back in the air fryer and cook at 390F for 10 minutes.
After that last 10 minutes, add 3/4 cup of shredded cheese and mix together. Serve!
