Air Fryer Green Goddess Burgers
Soak 1lb. dry chickpeas with 1/2t baking powder over night.

Drain then add red onion, 8 cloves garlic, 1c parsley, 1/2c scallions, 1/4c tarragon, 1/4c chives, 1T rice vinegar, 2T salt, 1t pepper, 1/2t cayenne.

Pulse in the food processor. Then chill for an hour.

Stir in 1c oat flour, 2T cornstarch, and 1/2t baking powder.

Form into 1/2c patties.

Air fry or bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

Make green goddess dressing. Stir 3/4c coconut yogurt, 1T each parsley, tarragon, chives, 1t lemon juice, 1t rice vinegar, 1t garlic powder & cayenne.

Serve the burgers along with spinach, scallions, and pickles red onions. Drizzle with green goddess dressing. Enjoy!
