Air Fryer Loaded Mashed Potato Balls
Peel your potatoes.

Turn a burner on high

Add the peeled potatoes to a pot of water. Season with salt. Boil for 30 minutes (or until cooked through)

Fry 1 slice of bacon per potato

Chop the green onion

Shred the cheddar cheese

Mash the potatoes with butter salt and pepper.

Add chopped bacon, green onion, and cheese. Then mash again.

Form potato balls. Dip in egg, then bread crumbs and Parmesan.

Spray air fryer basket and potato bites with cooking spray, then Air fry @ 400F for 5 minutes or until golden.

Remove the potato bites from the air fryer - they should be golden!

Plate and top with shredded Parmesan Cheese!
