Air Fryer Roasted Asian Broccoli
In a large bowl, toss together broccoli, peanut oil, garlic, and season with sea salt
Spread the broccoli into the wire basket of your air fryer in as single of a layer as possible. Cook at 400 until golden brown and crispy, 15-20 min
While the broccoli cooks, mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 10-15 seconds
Transfer the cooked broccoli into a bowl and add the sauce mixture. Add peanuts, add salt if desired and toss to coat.
Squeeze lime on top if desired and DEVOUR!
