AIR FRYER SAMOSA RECIPE
In a bowl, add flour, salt, carom seeds and oil

With hand just mix , cut the oil into the flour.

The flour mix should resemble bread crumbs

Add water little by little and knead to a stiff firm dough

Add few drops of oil and knead. Cover and set aside

In a pan, on medium heat add oil then add in cumin seeds

To that add chilli powder, salt, mashed potatoes potatoes and garam masala

Add garam masala and mix well.

Add coriander mix and set aside

Assemble and shape the samosa

Grease air fryer vessel

Brush oil on the samosas bake at 180 deg c/ 350 deg F for 12 mins

Serve with mint chutney or tomato ketch up
