Rice Flour (Fine)
1/2 tbsp
Salt
1 1/2 cup
Water
2 tbsp
Oil
In pan take 1¼ cup water and ½ tsp salt. Get the water a vigorous boil.

Then add 1 tbsp oil

Turn off the flame, and add rice flour.Transfer to mixing bowl

Mix continuously until the dough is formed.pinch a ball sized dough.

Roll as thin as possible dusting rice flour as required.

Cut the dough to round shape

Heat non stick tawa to medium heat and place rolled rice roti. cook for 30 seconds

Serve Rice roti with curry or chutney.
