Almond & Pistachio Kulfi | Popsicle
To Blanch: simmer 1/4 cup pistachios + 1/4 cup boiling water for a minute.

Remove the skin and transfer to the jar of a mixer.

Add 1/2 cup of milk and grind into a smooth paste.

Add 1 cup heavy cream + 1/2 cup milk + 3/4 cup condensed milk + cardamom powder + crushed saffron.

Mix well along with ground nut paste.

Pour into popsicle, kulfi molds or disposable glass. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
