Almond Basil Pesto (pine nut free!)
What you’ll need: fresh basil, garlic, slivered almonds, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Add 4 cups basil, 4 cloves garlic, 1/3 cup slivered almonds, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1/2 t salt, and 1/2 t pepper to your food processor.

Close the lid and purée until everything is minced

Add 1/2 cup olive oil

Purée a few seconds until oil is mixed in
