Almond Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream
Toast almonds until you get a nutty fragrance

Chop the toasted almonds

First make the fudge. In a pan, on medium heat add sugar, cocoa powder and milk. Whisk until everything is dissolved and smooth

Simmer until you see bubbles

Once it is bubbling add in butter whisk until butter is melted. Switch off heat. Let it cool down and it will thicken. This is your fudge

Whip cold cream to soft or stiff peaks then add in sweetened condensed milk

Then sift in cocoa powder and fold in melted chocolate. You can optionally add in chocolate chunks here
Layer up the fudge or swirl them alternating chocolate ice cream with the fudge. Top it up with toasted almonds

Line with a parchment sheet. And pop it into the freezer for a min 6 hours or overnight
