Aloo Gosht (Nutricook Version)
Blend 2 tomatoes, 2 onion, 1 green chilli & a Tb ginger garlic paste.

Sputter some cumin, bay leaf and peppercorn on sauté mode.

Add 500gms of meat.

Add 1 tsp red chilli, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 Tbs coriander powder and salt.

Sear the meat in spices till slightly brown.

Add the blended mixture and pressure cook on high for 9 minutes.

Quick release, and put on sauté mode and bhunofy till oil separates.

Add potatoes, fresh coriander and a cup of water.

Pressure cook for another 4 minutes. This will complete the cooking for meat and potatoes.

Done! Sprinkle some garam masala and fresh coriander.
