Cook 8 oz. Italian sausage over medium high heat for 4-6 minutes. Drain and then return to heat.

Add mushrooms and salt. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Then stir in crushed tomatoes and Bell Pepper Herb rub. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add the broth and broken lasagna noodles. Press to fully submerged the noodles. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered for 10 minutes.

Top with a mixture of one egg 1 cup ricotta cheese. Cover and cook until the noodles are tender about 8 to 10 minutes.

Finish with a mozzarella cheese. Remove from heat and let’s stand covered five minutes. Add fresh basil if you’d like.
