Take fresh Amla

Give it a Steam

Remove the seeds and separate the petals

Wash them in fresh water

Drain water and put them in a Muslin cloth and let it dry completely

Transfer it into a vessel

Add 750gms sugar and 3tbsp salt

Mix it gently and cover it

Next day it looks like this

Keep it in sunlight (covered) for 3 days so tat it absorbs sugar n salt (mix it once a day)

4th day drain it again

Now spread them on a sheet

In sunlight to dry

Let it dry for 3-4 days
