Ammie’s Coconut Frosting
What you'll need
1 Stick
Unsalted butter
3ounces
Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2-3 teaspoons
Coconut Milk
2 cups
Powdered (Confectioners) Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon
Coconut Extract
1 cup (toasted)
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
In mixer cream together butter, and cream cheese until smooth

Gradually add powdered sugar until combined

Add coconut milk until desired consistency is reached (you can add lemon zest)

Stir in vanilla extract, coconut extract

You can fill a pastry bag with your coconut frosting. (1M) tip

Or you can use a spatula to frosting cupcakes and sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
