Baked Cherry Oatmeal
Defrost frozen cherries or pit fresh cherries, then place in a ramekin.
Add cornstarch, cinnamon, and almond extract. Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, add oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, salt, and stir.
Add milk, and stir again.
Place oat mixture over cherries.
Bake at 400 degrees for 17-19 minutes. Cool a few minutes, then enjoy carefully!
