Bakery Style Banana Nut Muffins

In a large bowl combine the flour

Cinnamon

Baking soda and baking powder

And whisk to combine well

Toss the nuts and chocolate chunks with the dry ingredients

Mash your bananas really well with a masher or fork

Add the granulated sugar

Then the brown sugar and whisk really well for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy

Then add the oil

And vanilla

And whisk really well until incorporated

Add the wet ingredients to the dry

Fold everything together until just incorporated. A few lumps in the batter is totally fine.

Fill each muffin liner to the top

Sprinkle tops with extra nuts

And dot with more chocolate chunks then bake

Allow them to cool for a few minutes then enjoy!
