Crispy Cashew Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

12 oz. Brussel Sprouts, Quartered
Kosher Salt, To Taste
Black Pepper, To Taste
2 Tbl. Olive oil
12 oz. Brussel Sprouts, Quartered

3 Tbl. All-Purpose Veggie Cream Sauce
Sriracha Sauce, To Taste
1/3 C Cashews, Crushed
1 Tbl. Sesame seeds
1/3 C Green Onions
Lime, Garnish
Cilantro, Garnish
Coat Brussel Sprouts evenly w/ oil then season w/ Salt & Pepper.

Preheat Air-Fryer to 400 degrees F.

Place pan inside and cook for 18-20 min. or until Brussel Sprouts are browned and crispy.

Toast cashews in sauté pan on medium heat for about 1 min. (Don’t burn them!)

Mix sriracha sauce w/ all-purpose veggie cream sauce. More sriracha=more heat.

Now assemble your Brussel Sprouts!
