Mix you spices and set aside.
Place the olive oil in your instant pressure cooker & set to sauté setting. Now let’s prep the meat.
Pat the roast dry with paper towels & then season all over with spices you mixed.
Place the roast in the hot oil & sear on all sides. About 2 minutes per side. Once browned turn off.
Add the beef broth & peppers with juice. Secure the lid & cook for 60 minutes.
Once the 60 minutes is up, allow the pressure cooker to do a natural release.
Place the roast on a dish & shred with a meat shredder or two forks.
Place in serving dish & top with pepperoncini’s.
