Limes

Ground Himalayan Pink Salt
3 tbs
Butter
Pat dry your meat with paper towels.

Season liberally with SALT, both sides.

Cut into preferred serving sizes. (Easier now than later.)

Squeeze the juice of 2-3 limes directly into the bag and refrigerate at least 30 min.

Once ready to cook, place the meat on paper towels and pat dry again.

Heat 1-2 tbs of butter over medium-high heat. Sear 4-5 min per side depending on temp preference.

Let the beauties rest 5 min.

Serve with your favorite salad or veg. *cut the meat against the grain for the most tender bite!
