Garlic Herb Steak Butter
4 tablespoons (at room temperature)
1 tablespoon, minced (about 6 cloves)
1 tablespoon, minced
Add the butter to a small bowl. Mince the garlic and parsley and add it to the bowl.
Mash everything together with a fork until well combined.
Place the butter in the center of a piece of plastic wrap. Roll into a log shape and wrap tightly.
Or use silicone molds to make fun shapes. Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into 8 slices (or remove from the molds) and place on a dish. Serve over hot steak & veggies.
