Gluten Free Carrot Cake Scones

Add the egg, sugar, oil & lemon zest

Add the grated carrots

Whisk again

Add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt

The end result should be a sticky dough

Place the sticky dough on a baking paper and bake for around 25 mins on 200 degrees celsius

Wait for the scones to cool completely. Optional: Drizzle a bit of lemon sugar mix on top! Enjoy!
