Mash plantains, add salt and oat flour.
Knead with your hands.
Knead the dough until all the ingredients are well integrated, make a ball with it.
Place the dough between 2 parchment paper sheets and flatten it.
Make a rectangle and cut lines of about 1/2 inch each.
Wrap cheese with the dough and close the top and bottom well.
Brush the egg wash over the tequeños to seal the dough.
Place the tequeños onto the wire rack, air fry or bake for 10 minutes at 425 F
Serve with your favorite sauce.
