Homemade Chicken Parmesan
Butterfly 4 chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Heat a cast-iron skillet with 3 tbsp. Olive Oil.
Fill three dishes with flour, beaten eggs and Panko Breadcrumbs.
Dredge both sides in flour, then egg, then Panko.
Place in cast iron skillet and cook for 3 min a side.
Should be golden brown on both sides.
Transfer to baking dish with olive oil at bottom.
Cover with Raos Marinara.
Cover with freshly sliced mozzarella and fresh basil leaves.
Look at this basil from the garden!
Bake at 400 for 20-25 min or until cheese is golden brown.
