How to Make Ricotta Gnocchi
In a mixing bowl add the flour, salt, baking powder, egg and ricotta cheese
Mix until the dough comes together. You might need to use the paddle for it!
Form into a round disk, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes, unwrap and place on a lightly floured surface
Cut into equal sized strips
Roll out each strip into an 1/2 inch thick rope
Then cut into 1/2 inch long pieces
Throw on a baking tray with some flour and freeze until solid. Throw into boiling water to eat!
