You need “fine corn flour” 🌽
Pour water into corn flour
Main tool is your hands.
Sprinkle flour to keep balls firm as you roll.
Sprinkle flour and shake ball to mix with corn powder. It prevents balls from sticking on each other
Separation if necessary.
Start with high heat, transition to medium and cover. Let it cook for 20-30min.
Now turn heat on low and let seamer for 10 min before serving.
Serve warm or cool down
