Find hip width distance. You can use a block to help create balance.

Create balance of weight in the feet. Let the energy rise & find your center.

Nice deep breaths down to the pelvic floor and just notice sensations in the body.

On the exhale gently roll down and remove the props to side.

Find an easy pose and take a moment to reflect.
