Poha Dosa - Aval Dosa
Add rice, poha, urad dal, methi seeds to a big bowl.
Soak for 4-6 hours
Blend them to a smooth consistency
Add sufficient water to blend
Transfer the batter to the inner pot
Using instant pot to ferment the batter (check the recipe for other options)
Add salt to the fermented batter and mix well
Heat the tawa and spread a laddle of batter on the center of the tawa.
Dosa is ready to serve
Drizzle oil (optional)
Remove and fold the Dosa
