Add Orzo to boiling water. Cook for 10 min -just like pasta!
Sauté minced garlic in a pan with olive oil. *on med/high heat*
Add *dry* mushrooms (they release less liquid this way).
Add some butter & peas and cook for about 3 minutes
On high heat, add seafood. I chose a mix of mini shrimp, scallops, and calamari
Quickly add in lemon juice, parsley, and some pasta water. *be sure not to over cook the seafood*
Add in cooked orzo and fresh grated parmesan and mix.*heat off*
