Tofu Fried Rice

Press your tofu.

Cut your tofu into cubes. Preheat oven to 400 deg and line your baking tray with parchment paper

Cut your green onion and garlic. Once cut, add all veggies to your skillet and cook until tender.

Add your brown rice to your veggies and combine. Once combined add your tamari or soy sauce.

Once tofu is cooked take it out and add it to a mixing bowl to marinade.

When tofu is done marinating. Finish cooking in a separate skillet until tofu has caramelized.

Add everything to your skillet and stir to combine. This is where you can add any remaining sauces

Garnish with extra green onions, and enjoy!
