WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY COOKIES
Start by preheating the over to 350. Next, slice your raspberries into small bite size pieces.
In a large bowl combine the brown sugar and melted butter.
Once the brown sugar & butter are combined, add the vanilla to the mixture.
Now add your eggs and whisk until combined.
Add the flour to the wet ingredient mixture, stir until well combined & looks like cookie dough.
Gently fold in your chocolate chips & sliced raspberries.
Roll cookie dough into balls & place on a prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min.
Let cool on a cooking rack for 5 minutes then transfer to wax paper. Heat chocolate in the microwave
Heat for 30 seconds at a time. Stir & heat for another 5-10 seconds, if needed. Drizzle over cookies
