6 Big Tomatoes
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Green Pepper
4 Tbsp Of Olive Oil

3 Tsp Of White Vinegar
1 Clove Of Garlic
1/2 Tsp of Salt
1 Glass of Water
Get 5 tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 pepper, 1 garlic clove, 4Tbsp of oil olive, 3Tbsp of Vinegar, salt

Boil water and immerse tomatoes in it for 1 minute. It will be easier to peel them

Peel tomatoes, cut them in halves and add them to the blender.

Peel and cut half cucumber, garlic and half green pepper and add them to the blender

Add salt, water, olive oil, vinegar to the blender

Blend all together till uniform consistency

Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Add some olive oil and tomato, pepper and cucumber on top
