Gather the ingredients
Peel, core and slice the apples

Stir caramel and corn starch into the apples- set aside

Add 1 tsp. of cinnamon to apples and mix well

Spread apples into 2-qt. Enameled Cast Iron Baker

Combine the flour, sugars, oats, butter and 2 tsp. cinnamon in a bowl

Use pastry blender to combine until crumbly

Sprinkle crumb mixture over apple mixture

Bake at 350Β°F for 45-50 minutes until edges are bubbling
