Apple and Raspberry Puff Pastry Pies
Puff pastry, apples, raspberries, cinnamon, vanilla paste and milk.

Grate the apples.

Combine the apple, raspberries, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl.

Mix really well. All of the apple will turn pink.

Cut the pastry through the middle both ways to make 4 squares.

Divide the mixture between the four squares.

Fold the corners to the centre and press together with your fingers to seal.

Brush with milk.

Airfry at 200 degrees celsius for 10 minutes, or bake at 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes. (395F)

Serve warm with icecream or custard.
