Apple Bourbon Horseradish Pork Chops
We use bone in thick pork chops

Add sriracha to buttermilk in a sealable container

Add some Worcestershire sauce

Add about 2 heaping spoons of course ground mustard

Stir with a fork

Add in pork chops!

Add seasoning, using fork, poke to get seasoning into meat, flip.

Add some fresh rosemary, and flip chops to coat

Allow chicken to marinate at least 2 hours, up to overnight

Prep sauce ingredients!

1 chopped shallot

3 tablespoons each of prepared horseradish & stone ground mustard

1/2 stick butter cut into cubes

1/3 cup of bourbon

2/3 cup heavy cream

2 Granny Smith apples, sliced

Salt and pepper

Heat up cast iron pan till hot over charcoal & add a little vegetable oil before adding chops

Sear about 5 minutes per side for thick chops

Remove chops onto plate

Top with a pat of butter

Cover with foil and let rest

Stand back! Add bourbon!
