Oats, chia seeds, flax, spice mix, vanilla, pecans, maple syrup, coconut oil, milk & grated apple

Melt the coconut oil then add the grated apples.

Add the spice mixture, stir & cook for a few minutes.

Add the milk and turn heat to high.

Add oats, chia seeds & flax.

Stir to combine then reduce heat to low and cook until creamy & thick.

Add vanilla, pecans & maple syrup. Stir together then turn off the heat.

Make the apple cinnamon topping.

Add apples to hot skillet with melted coconut oil.

Add spices & maple syrup. Stir and cook until softened and syrupy.

Serve on top of prepared oats with a splash of milk.
