Apple Cinnamon Protein Bites

Apples
1 Cup
Old Fashioned Oats
2 scoops
Vanilla Protein Powder
2 tbsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Nutmeg
1/2 Cup
Whole Wheat Flour, Oat Flour, Or Rice Flour
1/2 Cup
Almond milk
1/2 cup (optional)
Chopped walnuts
Peel and chop apples

Sauté apples with 1 tbsp cinnamon

Combine all dry ingredients and apples in a bowl

Add wet ingredients and mix well

Preheat oven to 350 and roll mixture into bites on a parchment lined or greased baking sheet

Bake for 10-15 minutes, let cool, and enjoy!
