Apple Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing
Add yeast to warm milk and sugar and wait for it to foam

Mix all dough ingredients in a stand mixer adding butter last

Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled

Roll out the dough to a 12 x 21 inch rectangle

Spread with softened butter leaving one long edge with a one inch border

Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on top

Add the chopped apples over the cinnamon sugar

Roll the dough into a tight log starting with the long side without a border

Slice the log into 12 rolls about 1 1/2 inches thick and place them in a greased 9 x 13 pan

Let the rolls rise for 1 hour until they are touching each other in the pan

Bake at 375 degrees for about 23 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and frost with cream cheese icing
